While day-to-day operational duties have shifted to my Dad and me, it's important to note that Grandpa Johnny still works (for free) performing essential tasks for the organization.
See, when something breaks at the winery or in the vineyard, the Williams Way (TM) is to fix it on our own. And Grandpa Johnny has a lot of time with which to tinker. So, rather like the shoe cobbler, we leave the work out overnight and when we come back, our gadget/gizmo/fuel line/AC Unit/etc. is fixed. He putzes around all day, scrounging for projects (there is no shortage), and by golly, he fixes stuff.
He is the Kiona elf.
He is also pretty amazing in his ability to leave a (usually empty) chalice behind at the worksite. These stranded cups serve as a reminder of projects past.
So without further ado, I present a brief gallery of forgotten goblets, bygone bowls, withdrawn vessels, estranged tumblers, homeless mugs, and deserted drinks. These are the ones I found today. I will add more upon discovery.
