About the Wine - We use Mourvédre grapes from our Heart of the Hill Vineyard on Red Mountain for this delightful Rosé. The juice spends two full days on the skins and seeds before it is pressed off, imparting a beautiful transparent ruby color and a robust mouthfeel.
